SOA Certification
The RIAP Welding Service has the SOA Certification for Public Contracts in Category OG6 Classification III Bis. The SOA Certification ensures that the Company has all the necessary requirements to face the execution of a Public Contract:
- Previous experience in the execution of works of the same type;
- Suitable technical direction;
- Staff and equipment sufficient to ensure good management of the work;
- Regular contributions and tax, and the fulfillment of all legal obligations;
- Professional conduct and the absence of defaults for gross negligence, misrepresentation or serious errors in the work.
Safety
The RIAP Welding Service adopts a System of Safety Management aimed at achieving the goals of Health and Safety at Work. The SSM operates by the cyclic sequence of the phases of planning, implementation steps, monitoring and review, by means of a dynamic process.
The policy pursued by the Company suggests its vision, core values and beliefs. It defines the direction, principles of action and results to be achieved. It also represents the commitment of top management in promoting knowledge, awareness and acceptance of responsibility and motivation.
The direction of the RIAP Welding Service is infact particularly committed to its workers and their representatives to participate in the management of SSM.
At the end of the cycle of internal monitoring, the RIAP Welding Service completely reviews the activities, and assesses wheter the program has been successfully implemented and if it is suitable to the full realization of the safety policy established.
Quality
The RIAP Welding Service adopts, in the field of industrial construction and assembly, a System of Quality Management in compliance with ISO 9001:2008 procedures.
The General Direction indicates the guidelines and the core values of the SQM, to implement and consolidate the development of the Company in accordance to ISO 9001:2008 standards.
The Quality Manager carries out the guidelines and essential values of the SQM and garantees the customer that the product supplied meet technical requirements of the project and of the SQM.
The RIAP Welding Service 's Department of Quality, consolidates the Company's belief on the issue of quality, promoting initiatives to involve all employees to carry out requirements of the Quality Manual and to comply with the procedures.
ADI-AID
ADI-AID is a service of "Assemblee di Dio in Italia", with a strong missionary vocation, which operates for the benefit of children orphaned or destitute who live in the poorest regions of the world.
ADI-AID is particularly concerned with distance support, ensuring many children the full board, if necessary the accommodation in specific structures, the clothing, the health care, education through appropriate programs and, of course, spiritual care and moral, while continuing to allow children to live in the environment that best suits them, in the country of origin, in full respect for their culture, their customs and their language.
